Revenue Cycle Performance Awards

About the awards
The Revenue Cycle Performance Awards, now in their 4th year, recognize awardees in multiple revenue cycle categories. The Top Revenue Cycle Performance Awards are determined based on eight revenue cycle KPIs monitored through Kodiak’s Revenue Cycle Intelligence products, including:
- Bad debt as a percentage of gross patient service revenue
- Credit days
- DNFB (discharged not final billed) days
- Final denial write-offs
- Point of service cash collections
- Six-month lagged cash to net revenue
- True A/R (accounts receivable) greater than 90 days
- True A/R days
Additional award categories include: Excellence in denials management, based on Initial denial rate and Final denials write-off; Excellence in A/R management, based on True A/R days, True A/R greater than 90 days and DNFB; and Excellence in patient financial experience, based on Point of service cash collections and Bad debt (as a percentage of gross patient service revenue).
