Victoria Dames

Victoria serves as the Leader of Product Development at Kodiak, where she brings more than 25 years of experience in product management, technology, and healthcare. She specializes in building scalable, data‑driven solutions that address complex operational challenges for healthcare organizations.

Previously, Victoria worked at Experian Health as Vice President of Product Management, where she oversaw product lines in collections, patient access, patient identity, and care management. Her broader product leadership experience also includes roles with Experian Marketing Services and Merkle, following the start of her career as a software engineer.

Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in business information technology from DePaul University. Based in Denver, she is passionate about developing products that solve meaningful problems, elevate the healthcare experience, and drive measurable performance improvements for providers.
