Tracey brings more than 20 years of healthcare finance operations experience to her role at Kodiak, including more than 10 years with a Big Four firm. Previously, she served as a partner in the healthcare services group at Crowe LLP. Her focus has been on the interplay between finance and the revenue cycle, specifically assisting large health systems and community-based entities through shared service center process redesign initiatives.

Tracey has led numerous performance improvement engagements for clients undergoing corporate shared services transformation initiatives for the finance and revenue cycle functions. Her work has provided best practice guidance and project management support and has revealed a confluence of cost reduction, organizational structure, process, and technology improvement opportunities. She is a past president of the First Illinois Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a current HFMA member.

Tracey is a CPA and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University. Tracey enjoys traveling with family and friends and is an avid foodie.
