Sarah Haines

Sarah Haines brings finance leadership experience from enterprise software and healthcare sectors as Kodiak’s Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Kodiak, Sarah served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Paycor, Inc. a provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software, primarily working with small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. 


Sarah first joined the Paycor team in February 2020 as Vice President and Controller. Previously, she served as Vice President and Controller at Health Carousel, LLC from June 2017 to February 2020 and, before that, in several roles of progressively increasing responsibility at Totes Isotoner Corporation from August 2012 to June 2017. Haines began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP where she spent over eight years.


Sarah earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and an undergraduate degree in accounting and international business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
