Megan brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience providing operational, financial, and revenue cycle advisory services to hospitals, health systems, and physician practices. Previously, she served as a principal in the healthcare consulting practice at Crowe LLP, leading the revenue cycle consulting teams nationally. She has provided services to various types of organizations throughout the healthcare continuum.

Additionally, she has extensive experience in leading and focusing team efforts on front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle engagements. She specializes in process improvement initiatives coupled with change management to increase net revenue and lower costs for customers nationwide.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health information management and systems from the Ohio State University. She is a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Medical Auditor, and Registered Health Information Administrator. Megan enjoys frequenting concerts (live music is the best), experiencing new cultures while traveling, and spending time with friends and family, including her newest addition.
