Bio
To his role as General Counsel, Howard brings more than 20 years of experience as an accomplished corporate and transactional lawyer with a focus on advising healthcare and healthcare-adjacent service companies. Howard was formerly a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and previously served as Special Counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. His prior in-house legal experience includes serving as Interim General Counsel for a publicly traded revenue cycle management company and as Senior Vice President/Associate General Counsel, Growth and New Markets, for a primary care provider group with a national footprint.
Howard holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. In his free time, he enjoys flying small planes and travel.
