Colleen has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with 15 spent providing consulting services to academic medical centers, community hospitals, healthcare systems, specialty hospitals, physician practices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.

Prior to her role as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle for Kodiak Solutions, Colleen served as the first female principal in the healthcare consulting practice at Crowe LLP, where she held various leadership roles, including serving as the firmwide healthcare industry vertical leader. Colleen is also the founder of Healthcare Women Connexxt, a program designed to support women who are building their professional presence in the healthcare industry.

Colleen has deep expertise and specialization within the areas of revenue capture performance, charge master pricing, outpatient charge capture, patient status and care management, and revenue cycle optimization. Throughout her career, she has identified more than $1 billion in additional net revenues for organizations that they might not have realized otherwise. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health services administration and a master’s degree in business administration and management from Robert Morris University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family—cooking together, traveling, and enjoying musical theater.
