Ryan has 12-plus years of professional experience in finance and accounting-based consulting services. During his time with Kodiak, he has primarily focused on assisting customers with operational and financial improvement initiatives within the net revenue function. Ryan assists customers with streamlining month-end close processes, establishing best practices for ongoing monitoring of financial performance, and improving cross-functional coordination and communication.

Before joining Kodiak, Ryan served as a senior manager in the healthcare consulting practice at Crowe LLP. Prior to that, he spent five years with a Big Four public accounting firm in its audit and transaction services practices. While there, he focused primarily on financial reporting complexities associated with capital market transactions and organizational restructurings, including public debt and equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Ryan is a CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Indiana University. He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of CPAs. In his free time, Ryan enjoys cooking, spending time with his wife and three children at the lake, and he is an avid Indiana University sports fan.
