Healthcare finance leader Michael Coggin joins Kodiak Solutions board

INDIANAPOLIS—(January 15, 2025)—Former Lifepoint Health CFO Michael S. Coggin has joined the board of Kodiak Solutions, the company announced.

Healthcare finance leader Michael Coggin joins Kodiak Solutions board

Coggin is a deeply experienced financial leader for healthcare provider organizations. Most recently, Coggin served eight years as chief financial officer of Lifepoint Health, which operates 62 hospital campuses, more than 60 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals and 250 other sites of care. Coggin also served as Lifepoint’s senior vice president and chief accounting officer from 2008 to 2016. 

Prior to joining Lifepoint, Coggin was CFO of Specialty Care Services Group, a provider of perfusion and auto-transfusion services as well as senior vice president of finance and accounting at Renal Care Group from 2004 to 2006. Coggin began his career as an auditor with KPMG.

 Coggin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
