INDIANAPOLIS—February 3, 2025—Kodiak Solutions has promoted Eric Busch to lead its finance and reimbursement business unit. Busch, a senior vice president, takes over leadership of the unit from Derek Bang, who will focus solely on his role as CEO of Kodiak Solutions.

Busch has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic, financial and reimbursement advisory services to health systems and physician practices. Before Kodiak Solutions was spun off from Crowe LLP, Busch led its reimbursement and physician service lines. He also previously held leadership roles at Corrigo Health Care Solutions and Grant Thornton.

“Eric brings deep expertise in many critical services the finance and reimbursement team provides to hospitals, health systems and medical practices, including how to structure physician business arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and managed care contracting,” Bang said. “Eric’s experience and leadership qualities make him the perfect choice to guide this critical business into its next chapter.”

Busch is a certified public accountant and earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Tampa (Fla). Busch also serves as past chairman of the board of directors for the Clearwater (Fla.) Marine Aquarium.
