Tim oversees all sales and marketing initiatives for Kodiak’s national unclaimed property practice. With more than 20 years of experience, he has been privileged to assist countless organizations through a wide range of complex unclaimed property projects. While Tim’s initial focus in unclaimed property was on financial services, his experience has expanded to advising clients in all industries. To date, Tim has supported some of the world’s most respected companies through multistate unclaimed property exams, voluntary disclosure programs, annual compliance filings, and asset recovery services. Tim has been a member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization for more than a decade and is affiliated with many professional organizations focusing on the financial services sector.

In his free time, Tim enjoys spending valuable time with his family, playing ice hockey, woodworking, and traveling to Ireland when he can.
