Susan has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including 6 years in professional internal audit and consulting experience. During her time with Kodiak, she works as the Pharmacy Solution Leader, primarily focused on assisting customers with 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, controlled substance diversion monitoring, and overall pharmacy operations. Susan functions as the subject matter expert in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, pharmacy operations, medication safety, and informatics.

Before joining Kodiak, Susan served as a senior manager in the healthcare consulting practice at Crowe LLP. Prior to that, she spent 25 years as a pharmacy leader with a health system in Chicago. While there, she gained experience in pharmacy operations, 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, controlled substance drug diversion, opioid stewardship, inventory management, medication safety, and pharmacy revenue cycle. In addition, Susan led a pharmacy informatics team for ten years implementing over fifteen technology solutions during her tenure.

Susan is a registered pharmacist in the state of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Purdue University. She is a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. (ASHP) and 340B Health. Susan is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert and holds certifications in pharmacy informatics, medication safety, pharmacy revenue cycle management, and opioid stewardship from ASHP. In her free time, Susan enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband, three adult children, and her grandson.
